Join the Stigler Center for a conversation on these topics and more with Roger Myerson (University of Chicago), Tymofiy Mylovanov (Kyiv School of Economics) and Olga Rudenko (Kyiv Independent), moderated by Stephen Carroll (Bloomberg).
