Influence and educate current and future leaders. This is a core tenet of our mission at Booth.
Our faculty’s research and thought leadership influences businesses, governments, and leaders around the globe. Our 54,000 alumni hold leadership positions at successful companies and innovative new ventures in more than 160 countries.
In order to educate future generations of world-changing leaders, we designed a leadership curriculum that gives students the insight and action skills they will need to make better decisions and move people and organizations to success. We call this “The Chicago Approach to leadership.” Experimentation is a critical part of this approach—students explore new leadership behaviors and strategies, collect data from those experiments and interactions with people in the workplace, reflect on the data, and share what they learn to get feedback.
The Chicago Approach to leadership provides a powerful, enduring framework for continuing to learn, grow, and succeed as a leader throughout your career.
