Weekend MBA Schedule

The Weekend MBA format provides a concentrated schedule that you can tailor to your lifestyle. It is an excellent choice for those who commute from different regions of the country or for those who live nearby and prefer flexibility of weekend studies.

  • Classes are offered on Saturdays at 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1:30 - 4:30 p.m., as well as Fridays at 6 - 9 p.m. (shared with Evening MBA students)
  • All classes are held at Gleacher Center in downtown Chicago with convenient hotel options within a few blocks
  • Experience a complete day dedicated to studying and engaging with your peers
  • Meet with student groups or partake in events on Saturdays during lunch hour
  • Each class meets once per week and some courses are offered online
  • Take daytime classes as your schedule permits at the Harper Center in Hyde Park

Traveling to Chicago

Seventy-seven percent of Booth Weekend MBA students travel to our downtown campus each weekend from California, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Wisconsin, and beyond.

As a commuter, you will have access to:

  • Free shuttle service to and from Midway and O’Hare Airports before and after class on Saturdays
  • Discounted rates at nearby downtown Chicago hotels
  • Saturday access to student events, faculty, the administrative office, academic advisors, and Career Services

Most out-of-town students arrive Saturday morning, attend two classes, and still have time to study, network, and socialize before leaving town. Weekend students can also take a Friday evening course if their schedule allows. Students within driving distance often carpool with classmates from the same area.
