Discover UChicago

For those seeking additional opportunities to learn more about doctoral research at business schools, consider participating in this year's iteration of Discover UChicago, where Stevens Doctoral Program representatives will shed light on the application process and program, as well as navigating academic life at Chicago Booth. You may also participate in the event to hear about other programs at the University.

Discover UChicago is a two-day program that introduces third-year undergraduates to the prospect of pursuing a master’s or doctoral degree at a selective, research institution. Through interactive and candid workshops students will engage with faculty, students, and staff who work towards the common goal of diversifying graduate education. This experience is intended to acquaint participants with what graduate education entails and equip them with skills for thriving at UChicago and other graduate institutions alike. Participants in this program will leave inspired by a sense of belonging, informed by helpful training and resources, and encouraged to dismantle the barriers that hinder their access to pursuing graduate education.

You can start your application here. Applications close on August 18, 2024.
