On Board Chicago

On Board Conference on Nonrprofit Board Service

Canceled: In-person conference

The in-person On Board conference, originally scheduled for Friday, April 3, was canceled in accordance with current guidance from public health officials and the University of Chicago. On Thursday, April 16, you're invited to join us for an online event entitled "Leading the Social Sector in a Time of Crisis" to discuss how the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors can adapt to the unforeseen challenges presented by the current COVID-19 crisis.

Thank you to our On Board 2020 sponsors for making the virtual event on April 16 possible.

Events Update

We have been closely following the evolving situation with coronavirus (COVID-19). The number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Illinois is climbing. Public health officials have said that continuing growth of cases is likely and large, and public events can pose an added risk, especially those with travelers from many locations. As a result, University of Chicago is moving to remote learning for undergraduate and graduate classes for the entire Spring 2020 Quarter, and Booth has decided to suspend all school-sponsored events and gatherings until further notice. Visit UChicago’s website for more information, or email any questions to the Rustandy Center.

We are so thankful for your interest and commitment to social impact. During these uncertain times, we are working to think creatively about how we can best support you in doing so. Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support.
