On Board Programs

Boardroom Debates

In the On Board: Boardroom Debates series, we pose challenging questions about nonprofit board service to Chicago Booth alumni and students. Then we discuss these issues in events and online, ultimately striving to strengthen nonprofit boards and the organizations they oversee.

Nonprofit Leadership Circle

The Nonprofit Leadership Circle is a peer-to-peer learning opportunity for Chicago Booth alumni to join a virtual cohort of alumni who are experienced nonprofit board members dedicated to supporting and learning from one another.

Meeting monthly from January - June 2023, participants in the new Nonprofit Leadership Circle will:

  • Share current challenges and opportunities at their organizations and in the nonprofit sector
  • Identify key actions they can commit to that will make a difference for their boards and nonprofit organizations
  • Contribute to a collaborative learning experience and support fellow Booth alumni impacting the nonprofit sector

The Nonprofit Leadership Circle is organized in partnership between Chicago Booth's Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation and Harry L. Davis Center for Leadership. Sessions will be facilitated by the Rustandy Center's social entrepreneurship and nonprofit board service executive in residence, Todd Connor, '07.
