BANC was collaboratively developed by Gayle Haller ’87, Judy Maley ’84, the dean, Alumni Relations, and the Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation. The first pilot projects were completed in 2015.

We are an entirely volunteer-run initiative.

Director of BANC

Robin Simon, ’89, Director

Robin combines deep professional expertise in marketing analytics along with extensive experience in volunteering. Prior to starting her own consulting practice in 2003, Robin worked in analytics and forecasting at Helene Curtis and Kraft. She currently volunteers with the Chicago Architecture Center, Alzheimers’ Association, and Lakeview Pantry. Since volunteering for her first BANC project in 2016, Robin has led projects for clients in the arts, education, and health care, and was a member of the task force on strategic reorganization to better serve alumni and nonprofits. Robin took over as BANC director on May 1, 2021.

Operating Board
