D&I Dialogues
D&I Dialogues is a series of D&I events that bring Booth alumni together for conversations about diversity in work and in life. Featuring speakers from a variety of backgrounds, the series explores issues such as social justice and equity, unconscious bias, organizational strategies for overcoming bias, and the business case for diversity.

Jane L. Risen, the H. G. B. Alexander Professor of Behavioral Science and a John E. Jeuck Faculty Fellow, considers five big questions to ask when trying to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion. This presentation was part of Booth’s D&I Dialogues series.
