Leadership Week in Hong Kong combines two executive programs — back-to-back — at our Hong Kong campus in December, both taught by Senior Lecturer John Burrows.

Over four days, you will learn to build the trust and networks that move work through your organization, and to negotiate across them with more skill. You will map where influence and trust actually sit on your teams, decide where AI belongs in your workflows without giving up judgment, and then put all of it to work in live negotiation simulations with direct feedback from faculty and peers. You will leave with a 90-day action plan and a toolkit you can use in your next real negotiation.

Two Programs. One Powerful Leadership Experience.
Leadership Week in Hong Kong brings together Lead for Connection and Negotiations: Strategies and Processes in one accelerated four-day experience—connecting the power of relationships, networks, and influence with the skills to negotiate effectively across them.  Participants may attend the full Leadership Week experience or register for either two-day program individually.
