Advanced Business Leadership—a nine-week virtual program that blends self-paced online modules with live-online sessions—empowers executives to enhance emotional intelligence, lead through change, and apply high-impact influence to achieve organizational success.
In today's dynamic business world, leaders must master essential skills to navigate complexity and drive tangible results. This nine-week program helps you develop authentic leadership skills for growth and innovation. You'll also master advanced negotiation techniques through interactive simulations, as well as gain the essential tools and strategies for managing organizational challenges like mergers, cultural transformation, rapid growth, and market disruptions.
You'll apply leadership principles in real-world scenarios and gain hands-on experience through interactive change management simulations to strengthen your leadership skills
