The Advanced Management Program is designed for executives who are ready to elevate their leadership and organizational impact.

The program combines three week-long core sessions in leadership, a choice of electives across strategy, finance, and innovation, and personalized coaching—ensuring a curriculum built around what matters most to your growth. With a flexible schedule, you can start any time of year and tailor your experience around your commitments. You can begin your AMP journey with an elective as early as fall 2026.

AMP participants design part of their journey by selecting three electives that align with their personal growth and professional goals.
In addition to Chicago-based courses, some electives are offered online and at Booth's campuses in London and Hong Kong, giving you additional flexibility and the opportunity to broaden your perspective and network.

Executive Coaching
Between sessions, you’ll work with an executive coach to strengthen your leadership. You’ll apply new skills at work and in class, with ongoing feedback from your coach and peers. This continuous, data-driven coaching and assessment reflects AMP’s culture of achieving rapid growth through experience.
Coaching includes:
- 1-on-1 coaching calls to discuss challenges and progress in applying program frameworks.
- Group coaching sessions with your cohort to share insights, get peer feedback, and build a trusted advisory network.
- A stakeholder assessment that incorporates feedback from selected colleagues to identify and act on high-value growth opportunities.

Admissions, Application Requirements, and Alumni Status
Admission to this program requires a successful application. Admission is selective. Applications are reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis; candidates may start their electives as soon as their application is accepted and paid.
To apply for the program, candidates submit an application that includes:
- Resume or CV
- Letter of recommendation from sponsoring organization’s executive management (or equivalent professional reference if self-sponsoring)
- Commitment form signed by you and a member of your sponsoring organization
