Kimberly Masessa

Kim joined the Full Time MBA Admissions team in September 2015. In addition to serving as part of the admissions committee, she works with the Operations Team on global outreach and events. 

Prior to Chicago Booth, Kim worked at The University of Chicago's Career Advancement office as a Career Advisor, advising undergraduate students within the UChicago Careers in Business (UCIB) program. Prior to joining the university, Kim held positions within Campus Recruiting and University Relations at several corporate firms. 

Kim has recruited Management Consultants for A.T. Kearney and Internal Consultants for American Express' Strategic Planning Group. Kim has developed recruiting processes, evaluation tools, and outreach strategies in her previous roles. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality and Business at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Additionally, Kim has a Master of Arts degree in Counseling for Higher Education and Student Affairs from Montclair State University. In her spare time, Kim enjoys working out, fine dining, and traveling.
