Choosing the right part-time MBA program comes with a lot of distinguishing factors that will ultimately impact the quality of your experience. One of the biggest components of your MBA is going to be the support system you build along the way and take with you beyond graduation. At Chicago Booth, finding your part-time MBA community comes naturally, whether through classes, affinity groups, or a multitude of social events. Hear from Evening and Weekend MBA Boothies and take a look into how you could build your personal and professional community with a Part-Time Booth MBA.
Sina Malekian: There's 100% an active part-time community. There's always just different opportunities and it's a matter of, you know, how engaged you want to be as a student.
Kenny Bourgon: The classroom is kind of where it starts and it's great to meet people in class and hang out and get to know them in the context of what you're learning. Kind of easy to bring that into just like, a casual friendship.
Sina Malekian: We have LAUNCH you know, what we call our orientation and you could get put into these LAUNCH groups and I'm still in touch with all those people today.
Fabi Sanzi: The way that I tried to get engaged with people outside of the classroom was through like the activities. The Marketing Club helped a lot with that. And then just like, social activities I went to like the Booth Cruise, the Booth Formal.
Christina Starks: Everybody here at Booth feels like they're my community. I don't have like one set or group, like anywhere I, you know, I meet a Boothie, there's a connection. You'd always tell, like, there's that Boothie and we're thinking the same and there's something that connects us all.
