Program Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for the 2016 Chicago Booth Summer Business Scholars Program is $6,300. The fee includes all instruction, books and materials, accommodations (with roommates) at Baumhart Hall, and some meals. Transportation to all corporate visits and special events is included, along with entry fees to local Chicago attractions that are scheduled within the program.
If you are interested in financing, one viable option available to you is the Sallie Mae Smart Option Loan. This loan is a credit-based loan that provides competitive fixed and variable interest rates with a number of repayment options. Please note that if you use the Sallie Mae Smart Option Loan to finance SBSP, you should not actually apply for the loan before March 1, 2016, as their credit check is only good for 180 days.
Chicago Booth’s Summer Business Scholars Program offers merit-based awards to a limited number of top candidates at the time of admission. There is no formal application process for merit-based awards. The scholarship committee works to identify those students who have excelled in academics, student leadership, and service to the community, among other factors.
To secure your place in the class, a nonrefundable deposit of $1,000 will be required to confirm your acceptance into the program.
