Biography
Li Azinovic-Yang’s research is broadly related to the antecedents and consequences of corporate disclosure. She uses both analytical modeling and data analysis to study the interaction of information disclosure and firm innovation/investment, competition structure and labor practices.
Azinovic-Yang earned a PhD from Columbia Business School. She also holds a master in banking and finance from the University of Zurich and a bachelor in finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
