Yes, alumni can use Bond Chapel and Rockefeller Chapel for weddings. Contact the wedding coordinators in Bond Chapel at 773.702.8200 or at Rockefeller Chapel at 773.702.9202.

Yes, you may obtain a pass from the University of Chicago Alumni Association by calling 773-702-2150. Each location has specific limitations or charges. For more information about access to the athletic facilities, please visit the Athletics Web site. For more information about access to libraries on campus, please visit the University of Library Web site.

The Midway Club is available to all alumni and guests. You can enjoy lunch at Puck's Restaurant from 11:30 a.m. - 2 p.m., Monday thru Friday (reservations encouraged). The London campus does offer limited resources to alumni. All alumni are considered guests of the campus and as a campus guest you will need to be received by a staff person to gain access to the building. Note that staff hours are 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday. If possible, advanced notice would be appreciated as it will ensure someone will be here to receive you. Unfortunately, there is no provision for alumni to use space such as classrooms, meetings rooms, or study rooms without prior approval and as part of an official Chicago Booth function.  No rooms on campus may be used to conduct business meetings.  If you would like to visit the London campus, please email or call +44(0)20.7070.2200 to let us know you'd like to stop by.

Yes, the University of Chicago has an agreement with the University Club in Chicago at 76 East Monroe, Chicago, IL 60603. To make reservations, call 312.696.2236. To use the facilities, you must be a registered guest.

You can become a mentor by joining the Alumni Careers Network. The Alumni Careers Network is a password-protected online, searchable listing of more than 13,000 alumni who have volunteered to share their knowledge and expertise with other alumni and with students. The University of Chicago Registrar Office handles requests for official transcripts, proof of enrollment/graduation and replacement diplomas.

• Transcripts may be ordered online; if you were enrolled in autumn 2005 or later, there is no cost to order, as you paid a Lifetime Transcript fee. Alumni enrolled earlier than autumn 2005 are charged $15 per copy. Please visit the University Registrar’s website for complete information.
• Verifications of alumni status, enrollment and degree conferral are processed through the National Student Clearinghouse. Please visit the University Registrar’s website for details.

You should start preparing to transfer your files as soon as possible prior to graduation so that you do not lose them. Your P:/drive access will end upon graduation.

There is no general parking provided by the Gleacher Center. Parking options include lots at 201 East Illinois, Equitable Building Parking, Ogden Plaza Parking, and 337 East Illinois.  For more information, view maps and directions.

Not much will change. Your photo will no longer appear, and due to federal privacy laws, you will not see photos or contact information of current students.

When you graduate, your e-mail address will stay the same, i.e. accountname@ChicagoBooth.edu. Your Username and Password will also remain the same. Alumni are able to send and receive emails through their @ChicagoBooth.edu email address, and we encourage you to configure your alternative account settings to take advantage of this feature.  Instructions for doing this for gmail, yahoo, hotmail, and windows live accounts can be accessed here.

Once you graduate, your ID cards will be deactivated. Any money left on your DASH card after graduation will be lost, so you should use it up prior to graduation. As alumni, you may eat in DASH if accompanied by someone on staff or a current student with a DASH card.
