Invitation Lists
You can develop an invitation list of students who you feel are qualified for your position and you wish to interview. The number of students you may invite depends on the type and length of interview you selected as well as the number of interview schedules you have for the position. Please refer to the invite/bid schedule or log in to Global Talent Solutions (GTS) to see how many students you may place on your invitation list.
Full-time interview schedules may be invite only or invite/bid, depending on company preference. Internship interview schedules must have both bid and invite components. The invitational portion of your interview slate includes the students you preselect, while the bid segment will be filled via our student bidding process.
We strongly recommend that you also submit an alternate list. The students on your alternate list will be invited to interview in the event that a student on your invitation list does not accept your invitation to interview. The alternate list should be ranked in the order that you wish students to be invited. This will help ensure that your interview schedule remains full.
Deadline for Invitation Lists
Please refer to either the table for full-time positions or internships or check GTS for the date your invitation lists are due. If invitation lists are not received before the start of bidding, we will need to reschedule your interviews for a later date.
Invite/Bid Slot Schedule
Companies may select the interview length and format that best fits their needs, as well as the number of interview schedules desired for a position. Please consult the following table for the number of candidates you may invite to interview.
The bid portion refers to the number of slots that are open to student bidding. Adding the invite and bid portions together gives you the number of students you will see in one day.
