  • Early registration (March 1-April 20)
    • Faculty: $650  
    • Students, postdocs, emeritus faculty: $175 
  • Regular registration (April 21-May 20) 
    • Faculty:$750
    • Students, postdocs, emeritus faculty: $195
    • Nonprofit and government: $800
    • For-profit companies: $1,000

Cancellation Policy: Registrations can be cancelled and refunded until May 6, 2024 but will incur a $10 administrative processing fee. Instructions on how to cancel reservations are included in the registration confirmation email. After May 6, registrations are non-refundable. 

Important Dates

  • February 15, 2024 - deadline for paper submissions
  • March 1 - April 20, 2024 - early registration
  • April 21 - May 20, 2024 - regular registration
