Local Optima
Local Optima organizes Chicago Booth Evening MBA and Weekend MBA students into small consulting teams (three to six students) to offer strategic and operational advisory services to local Chicago nonprofit organizations through short-term consulting projects lasting four to six weeks. Local Optima allows members to engage with local nonprofits, apply concepts taught in Booth courses to real-world situations, and gain real world consulting experience.
