Flag of GermanyUndergraduate school/major: I graduated from the University of Stuttgart with a degree in mechanical engineering

Previous Industry: Prior to Booth I worked in consulting with BCG

Career plans: I am recruiting for an internship with a social impact, most likely in a non-profit

Why did you choose to apply to and attend Booth? First I was drawn to Booth by the quant heavy approach and the flexibility within the MBA program. But the more research I did the more I fell in love with both the city of Chicago and especially the friendly culture at Booth.

Activities: If my partner and I are not eating in one of the many fantastic places in Chicago or enjoying the cultural aspects that the city has to offer, I am most likely pursuing opportunities to have a positive impact, such as Impact Investing seminars offered by Booth... or playing volleyball.

Use three adjectives to describe your experience at Chicago Booth: Exciting, collaborative, challenging

Ask me about...: Anything you want - I'll either know the answer or will at least try to make it seem like I do. / Most useful answers will most likely be about food, being an international student and working in consulting as well as why I selected an USA based MBA over PhD program.

What city/country will you be in during the winter break? If we stay in the States - it will most likely be snowboarding in the Rockies. / If we go back to visit my family - it will most likely be snowboarding in Swiss Alps.
