CAAI Fellows Program
What is the CAAI Fellowship Program?
The AI Fellowship from the Center for Applied AI at University of Chicago Booth School of Business supports students who want to deepen their engagement with artificial intelligence through conferences, events, and community initiatives.
Fellows receive funding and support to pursue AI-related activities and contribute to the growing AI community at Booth.
Applications for Spring 2026 are now open. Application Deadline: March 29th.
Fellowship Support
Each fellowship award provides up to $1,000 to support a proposed AI-related initiative.
In addition to funding, fellows will have access to:
- Guidance and support from CAAI staff
- Opportunities to collaborate on CAAI events
- Connections with Booth alumni working in AI
- Opportunities to contribute short reflection or op-ed style pieces about their experience
Who Should Apply
We encourage applications from Booth students pursuing their MBA who:
- Are interested in artificial intelligence and its applications
- Want to attend AI-related conferences or events
- Have ideas for programming or initiatives that strengthen the AI community at Booth
- Are excited to engage with fellow students, faculty, and alumni in the AI ecosystem
