Career Aspirations
I hope to tackle many of the complex challenges that deny certain communities equal access to basic opportunities and services. I would like to do so in a leadership capacity, ideally as an executive director, chief of staff, or other senior manager within the nonprofit or government sectors, which play particularly important roles in ensuring fair treatment for all.
Why an MBA?
I want to continue developing as a compassionate leader who is able to set a clear vision, build consensus, and follow a strong moral compass. An MBA from Booth will allow me to hone my leadership skills while staying true to my personal values.
