You can think through a big moment or difficult conversation, but thinking can only get you so far. Leadership Rehearsal gives you space to test your approach with guidance from a coach and feedback from peers, so you can show up as the leader you want to be—whether that's more empathetic, adaptable, inspiring, assertive, or otherwise. 

Come with a real situation in mind—perhaps you are stepping into a new role, preparing to deliver bad news, or looking for a new approach to a stagnant issue. With coaching from leadership and theater professionals, you will set the scene and rehearse it, with your peers playing supporting roles.

Leadership Rehearsal is a small, in-person workshop built around practice and designed to help you meet the moment more deliberately. You will:

• Identify a leadership moment that would benefit from practice, and consider how you would like to approach it differently than you would today
• Rehearse your chosen moment, receive coaching and feedback, and reflect on what you want to bring into the real situation
• Leave with a clearer sense of how you want to show up and practical approaches you can apply when the moment arrives

The next Leadership Rehearsal is scheduled for November 13, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Gleacher Center in Chicago.
