Why Booth?
In mission-driven organizations, too often we let subpar outcomes hide behind good intentions. We have aspirational visions that are simple and pure but the in-the-weeds, day-to-day management of large systems is challenging, complex and often messy. Earning a Booth MBA is helping me grow to better lead through that complexity and messiness to unlock the transformational outcomes that are possible when good intentions are necessary but not sufficient.
What skills do you want to develop at Booth and implement into your sector?
I want to develop strategic management skills which will add further discipline to decision making in our sector. We need to ensure that scarce resources are used to design the most effective programs and coursework in accounting, decision modeling, behavioral science and more, all contribute to clarify those important decisions.
