Rachel Waites
Director of Recruitment and Admissions, London
Rachel is responsible for admissions and recruitment at Chicago Booth's Executive MBA Program-Europe and is based at the London Campus. Rachel has worked for Chicago Booth since 2008 and was previously part of the executive education team, responsible for a portfolio of open enrollment and custom education programs. She also looked after PR and media relations in the EMEA region. Prior to joining Booth she managed recruitment and admissions to the Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA program in Germany, and has also worked at the European Business School and the University of Strathclyde in international admissions roles. Rachel has an MA in English from the University of Glasgow and was a proud participant in Chicago Booth’s Executive Development Program in 2009.
