Thirty years ago, we sat in the same classrooms, ran the same regressions, and walked out with the same degree—and wildly different ideas of what you were going to do with it. And yet we may all still sometimes wonder, what do we really want to be when we grow up? Join three classmates—one who walked away from the hedge fund industry to teach; one who moved from giving advice to building something entirely new in Europe; and one who traded Wall Street for Harvard Yard—for a conversation about reinvention, intentionality, and the surprising freedom that comes when you stop optimizing for the next rung and start asking what the ladder is even leaning against. Come for the stories, stay for the argument—and think about how you will write your own next chapter.
