Kelvin Lei is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of AQUMON, a WealthTech company focused on applying quantitative investment, AI, and technology to modernize wealth management.

With over 18 years of experience in financial services, Kelvin previously held senior positions at leading investment banks including Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse, where he gained extensive experience across institutional financial markets and investment services. He also served as a member of the SFC FinTech Advisory Committee, contributing to the development of Hong Kong’s financial technology ecosystem.

Founded in 2016 and incubated by The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, AQUMON combines quantitative investment research, AI, big data, and proprietary technology to provide investment and wealth management solutions for pension trustees, banks, brokerages, and registered investment advisors.

Under Kelvin’s leadership, AQUMON has grown from a regional startup into an international platform. AQUMON holds Hong Kong SFC Type 1, Type 4 and Type 9 licenses and U.S. SEC Registered Investment Advisor license.
