Anna is the CEO of HashKey RWA, where she contributes to the development of the digital asset industry, advising and working with global institutions on building their RWA tokenisation initiatives.

Anna Liu joined HashKey Group in 2018 where she headed the legal department. With solid legal skills and deep regulatory insights, Anna has led the legal team to provide all round legal support for the whole ecosystem of the Group, including licensed exchange, custody business, brokerage business, venture capital, asset management, node validation, and other Web3 infrastructure services in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and other jurisdictions. She has also led the team to provide onthe-ground legal advice for the application and maintenance of the Group’s licenses in multiple jurisdictions, successfully managed to swiftly respond to, and overcome the challenges in, the ever-evolving legal and regulatory environment in the virtual asset industry.
