Glenn Sykes (Speaker)
Associate Dean for Evening MBA and Weekend MBA Programs and Program Innovation, Chicago Booth
In May 2015, Glenn Sykes became associate dean Evening MBA and Weekend MBA programs and Program Innovation. He oversees the school's Evening MBA and Weekend MBA programs in Chicago. In addition, he will be the senior staff person supporting the exploration and faculty governance process for potential new degree programs.
Sykes, who joined the school in 1998, had been working with the school's Executive MBA Program and its operations outside the US since 2002. Over this time he has been based in Barcelona, Singapore, and London. He managed the relocation of the school's European campus from Barcelona to London in 2005, and was involved with opening of the Hong Kong campus in 2014.
During his tenure he has increased the marketing activities and brand of the school in Europe and Asia, consulted with hundreds of executives on the Chicago MBA, and strengthened the school's corporate relationships around the world.
Previously he served as associate dean career services for the full-time MBA program in Chicago.
Before joining Booth, Sykes was with the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania). Earlier in his professional career, Sykes held marketing positions with Citibank for nine years and was on the audit staff of Coopers & Lybrand for four years. He received an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.

Greg Dorai (Panelist) '03
Vice President of Product Management & Strategy, Cisco
Greg Dorai is Vice President of Product Management and Strategy for the Enterprise Infrastructure and Solutions Group. He is responsible for Cisco's Connected Mobile Experiences (CMX) and hyper-location product suite.
Prior to joining Cisco, Greg led product management and business development for AT&T's Big Data monetization team in Atlanta focusing on location data. Previously, Greg was a principal with Bain & Company where he was a leader in their technology, media and telecom practice. Prior to Bain Greg was a developer / R&D engineer for a mathematical modeling software firm.
Greg completed his MBA with high honors (Siebel Scholar) from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He holds a Masters in Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, and a Bachelor in Engineering from India.

Bruce Sattley (Panelist) '96
Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy, Quotient, formerly Coupons.com
Bruce Sattley is the senior vice president, corporate development and strategy at Quotient, formerly Coupons.com Incorporated, responsible for developing and executing strategic plans across all areas of the business. Previously, Sattley was the senior vice president of product management and oversaw the company's product management functions, including product strategy, product research and definition, user experience testing and launch planning.
Mr. Sattley joined the company in 2010 and brings 20 years of experience in product management, engineering and marketing. Mr. Sattley spent six years at Yahoo!, where he most recently was vice president of product management. In this role, he managed multiple groups to drive development for analytics, business intelligence and data warehousing products for the Strategic Data Solutions and Advertising Products teams. Mr. Sattley left Yahoo! in 2009 to join Healthiest You, where he was vice president of product management and on the founding team for this provider of unique, brain-based online programs. Before joining Yahoo!, he was vice president of marketing at infoUSA, a leading online direct marketing company. Before that, he held a range of product marketing and engineering positions at YesMail, Netcentives, Inc., Post Communications, Lotus Development Corp., Ernst & Young LLP, and Electronic Data Systems (EDS).
He holds a B.S. in General Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
