and he will split his focus into two parts:

  • The future of the press against the digital transition: audience or monetization? From a national competition to global competition. Looking to conquer new talents.
  • Sports events: a high grow economical model.

Philippe Carli (Speaker)
General Manager, Amaury Group

Philippe Carli graduated from Supélec and got masters degrees from the University of Aix-Marseille and the University of Duke (USA). He began his career at l'Aérospatiale (EADS) as a development engineer, then joined Siemens AG in Germany as Chief Product Officer. Back in France, he worked for Hewlett Packard as head of large accounts in the Telecom sector. In 1991, he came again to Siemens to support the reorganization of activity Instrumentation in France, and then, gradually, all industrial activities. In 2002, shortly after his appointment as CEO of the world engineering division, he became President of Siemens France, developed the turnover, profitability and reputation of the group in France, and supported the energy sectors in Southwest Europe.

In 2010, he joined the Amaury group as the General Manager (CEO) and administrator. He is an administrator of the Board of managers of Presstalis and Mediakiosk and President of the Cooperative's Distribution of the newspapers. He is also an administrator of Euler Hermes.

Philippe Carli is a recognized ambassador of Franco-German relations as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Franco-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a member of DIK (Deutsch Industry Kreis).

He has chaired since early 2011 the Supelec Foundation.
