Senior Vice President, Abbott Diabetes Care, Abbott
Heather Mason is currently Senior Vice President, Abbott Diabetes Care, leading the firm's global diabetes business. A 23-year Abbott veteran, Mason previously served as Vice President of Latin American Operations, and Vice President of International Marketing, and has had oversight of Abbott's specialty pharmaceuticals, the diabetes and oncology franchises, and managed healthcare.
She is an advisory board member of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, Michigan Engineering Advisory Council, BayBio Institute Chair and on the California Healthcare Institute Board of Directors. Mason received an engineering degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Chicago Booth.
