Synopsis: The Future of Jobs – How to get ready for it

In the new world of work, unemployment is high, yet skilled and talented people are in short supply. In this roundtable discussion, senior human resources specialists will discuss labor market trends, self-help and companies' reach for talent.

The impact of social media and new technologies, lifelong learning, work-life balance, delaying retirement age, ageing demographics and gender issues, as well as talent development concepts for the generation 45+ will be part of the discussion.

"The Future of Jobs" is about how individuals can survive in the new world of work and how companies compete to hire the best and motivate the rest.
