Currently leads Business Operations for LinkedIn's advertising business (LinkedIn Marketing Solutions). Her experience includes strategy consulting experience at McKinsey & Company and engineering consulting experience at URS Corporation. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an M.S. from Stanford University, and a B.Tech. degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. She lives in Fremont, California with her husband and two kids

Anshu Bhardwaj (Speaker) '08
VP, Technology Strategy & Commercialization and Chief of Staff to CTO Walmart

Anshu Bhardwaj is Corporate Vice President, Technology Strategy & Commercialization and Chief of Staff to Walmart Global CTO. She leads commercialization and monetization of technology platforms and creates a partner ecosystem that enables productivity, speed and innovation at scale. In addition, her team defines and executes strategies for enterprise technology M&A and emerging technology to further strengthen our competitive advantages. Anshu is a seasoned executive with 20 years of experience in retail, eCommerce and technology industries across India and the US.
Prior to this role, she served as Vice President, Product at Sam's Club for eCommerce, Membership, Marketing and Innovation. There her team launched Scan & Go to chain in under a year and drove it to over $1B in revenue within a year of launch, engaged more Sam's customers digitally by doubling the mobile app member base, merging Scan & Go app and core eCommerce app into one, driving 2x growth in site and mobile app revenue, overhauling holiday execution for SamsClub.com, launching in-club Innovation Labs in Nevada and Dallas to rapidly develop and test new experiences that reduce member friction, increase associate productivity, and drive digital engagement. Prior to joining Sam's Club, Anshu led strategy and international market expansion for Walmart eCommerce, a team she'd joined in September 2009. Anshu has worn several hats in eCommerce & retail, including M&A, finance, merchandising, marketing, and consulting.

Anshu has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics (St. Stephen's College (Delhi), Master's in Apparel Marketing & Merchandising (NIFT (Delhi) and MBA in finance (Chicago Booth School of Business). Anshu was conferred 2014 Industry Leader Award by Professional Business Women of California in recognition of her efforts to co-found Women' Resource Council at Walmart eCommerce and driving membership through impactful programs. Anshu was also conferred the prestigious Sam's Club Blue Coat award in 2019 in recognition of her leadership and contributions towards driving eCommerce sales and membership income for Sam's Club.
