Sri Malladi is the founder and managing partner at Athena Consulting Partners, advising businesses on strategic finance and business analytics. Prior to Athena, Sri was at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, leading a cross-bank digital transformation to technology, process and people changes in order to improve operational effectiveness and data-driven decision-making. Sri has advised and led M&A transactions at Hertz, and as an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Macquarie Capital. Sri has led global engineering teams and developed products at scale at Microsoft. He has an MBA from the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business.

Charlotte A. Lee is the Managing Consultant, SVP and Executive Coach in the New York office of Lee Hecht Harrison, one of the world's largest outplacement firms, with over 300 offices in 67 countries. In her role, she is responsible for leading the New York City and Stamford, Connecticut offices, as well as coaching senior executives through career transition in a variety of industries. Charlotte has won numerous awards for her coaching skills. Her book, "Bring a Dead Mouse: The Secret to Finding Your Perfect Job," has garnered five stars on Amazon. Prior to her coaching career, Charlotte worked as a management consultant and investment banker for more than 15 years. Charlotte has appeared on CNBC, Bloomberg Radio and NPR, and has been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times and Yahoo Finance, as well as presented at multiple career and professional development organizations. She has served as the Executive Director for five non-profits, including Habitat for Humanity, Nassau County, where she was President for eight years.
