The Alumni Club of Chile invites you to the Alumni Annual Dinner, featuring a panel on "The Purpose of Business and Corporations."
The panel will have the participation of Francisco Perez Mackenna (MBA'82), Axel Kaiser and Enrique Alcalde. This is a great opportunity to discuss the way corporations and businesses can and should operate in the 21st century. There is no more challenging issue for Chile than how to preserve the free market system while ensuring that the benefits of capitalism flow to every citizen. In the USA, the new Business Roundtable Statement on the Purpose of a Corporation issued in August 2019 has received a great deal of support, as well as questions and criticisms. We welcome the debate and the opportunity to engage both supporters and critics.
Networking opportunities and cocktail will be available before and after the formal program.
