Where

Event Details

Over the last several years, as hardware and sensor innovations have started leveraging geo-location services significantly, consumer location data is now driving ad targeting, us-er engagement, customer insights and campaign measurement at a similar pace and scale with traditional metrics such as POS data, online interactions, and email response rates. Geofences and beacons are producing opportunities to engage consumers with meaningful content and information that would have been otherwise delivered non-contextually, turn-ing stale. Pinaki will explore the underlying technology, the use cases (mostly retail), and opportunities of analyzing big data in light of sensors, smartphones, and high-speed cellu-lar and wi-fi connectivity at retail spaces.
