Steve Gotz (Speaker)
Distinguished Entrepreneur-in-Residence, University of Oxford, Previously COO, Pivotus Ventures

Steve Gotz is an executive with twenty years of proven success in creating long-term vision, sustainable growth, and shareholder value in startup, Fortune 500, and venture capital settings. He has worked with a range of global corporations (e.g. AT&T, GE, Huawei, IBM, Microsoft, Symantec, Dai Nippon Printing) pioneering novel R&D models that blend the energy, agility and creativity of startups, the deep domain expertise of the worlds leading academic institutions with the scale and distribution of large corporations. Most recently he served as Co-Founder and COO of Pivotus Ventures, a subsidiary of Umpqua Bank charged with imagining, validating and scaling novel banking experiences and the platforms necessary to enable them. Over the course of his career he has advised, invested in and built businesses that have gone on to impact hundreds of millions of users across industry verticals. He has a Bachelors degree in Biomedical Sciences from Binghamton University and an MBA from the University of Oxford (Green Templeton College) with a concentration in Technology & Innovation Strategy.

Rohini Pandhi (Speaker)
Product, Square

Rohini has spent a number of years in product roles at various startups and tech companies. She currently works at Square, and in her free time also advises tech startups in the Bay Area through her non-profit Transparent Collective. Rohini has experiences in building new products with entrepreneurs, developing and marketing existing product lines for startups, and creating new innovation strategies for larger corporations. Rohini is from the Midwest and studied Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and completed her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Amar Rathor (Speaker)
Executive Director, Standard Chartered Bank

Amar Singh Rathor leads Standard Chartered Bank's technology and innovation office strategically positioned in San Francisco at the hub of the Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem. The innovation office keeps Standard Chartered at the forefront of key technologies and emerging trends.

Amar joined Standard Chartered in 2006 and has since held roles in client coverage and banking transformation. Most recently, he was Executive Director, Financial Institutions Group, North America based in New York. Amar has global international banking and consulting experience and apart from Standard Chartered, he has lead transformational projects at Credit Suisse, Accenture and GE.

Amar earned his MBA from Chicago University's Booth Business School, holds an MSc in Economics from Cardiff University and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Carmen Sutter (Speaker)
Sr. Product Manager, Adobe I/O, Adobe

Carmen Sutter is a product manager on the Adobe I/O team, focusing on Events and Orchestration. She has been with Adobe for over 5 years. Prior to joining Adobe, she led the digital analytics teams at Warner Music Group and Scholastic in New York City. A native of Germany, Sutter currently resides in San Francisco after stints in New York City and Salt Lake City.

Carmen holds a bachelor of science from Penn State University in marketing and international business with an international exchange at NUS.

Founder and CEO, The Vault

An alumni of Stanford University Law School, Founder and CEO Kevin Smith has spent the last decade spearheading projects in global business development, startup investment and innovation initiatives. Since founding The Vault in San Francisco in 2013, Kevin has helped in-house companies raise over $USD 200 million. With an eye towards the international, Kevin's mission is to utilize The Vault to nurture the next generation of world-class startups.
