David Wells (Booth MBA and MPP Class of '98), CFO of Netflix, Discusses Financial Strategy, Global Consumer Behavior, and Winning Corporate Culture
Netflix - West Hollywood Offices
1455 North Van Ness Avenue
Los Angeles, California
As Netflix celebrates its 20th Anniversary, CFO David Wells '98 will discuss the strategy behind allocating $15.3 billion in creating new and original content...a revolutionary act for a streaming service that is now being copied by its competitors. David has been in Europe for the last 2 years helping build out Netflix's expanding global and European business. David can explain how having a strong culture helps the company overcome lows, pushes the envelope with content and allows for innovation. We hope to learn how creating a winning company culture only emerges when every employee feels they personally own the culture.
