Event Details

A crucial consideration needs to be added to the challenge of the current economic crisis: corporate reputation. When CEO’s have to implement tough decisions, how will their actions affect their personal and corporate reputations? Numerous studies have demonstrated the positive bottom-line impact derived from effective corporate reputation management – as well as the reverse. At no time in our recent history has this been more important. Are there strategies and approaches that can be utilized when tough business decisions are made that protect or even enhance a company’s reputation? What are the best times and ways to manage “bad news?” What communications vehicles and messengers should always be used? At this interactive session, participants will hear about a variety of demonstrated best practices and strategies to effectively address a variety of scenarios.
