Prior to founding her practice, Ms. Abate directed global recruiting for both Dow Jones & Company and Anheuser-Busch InBev. She found extraordinary candidates around the world interviewing for all kinds of jobs. But thousands of them were applying for roles that were not at all aligned with their true interests or passions – people enduring their professional lives instead of being fulfilled by them; people making career choices based on others' expectations instead of their own true interests. She founded her practice to encourage and guide clients as they face the many challenges of establishing meaningful and satisfying careers.
