Event Details
The 45-minute instructor-led yoga class for all levels will take place outdoors followed by networking, wine, and light bites. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat. An evening of Vinyasa and Vino will leave you refreshed and ready to take on the rest of your week.
In the event of rain, yoga will be cancelled and networking will be moved inside

Hi! I'm Natalie, I am a RYT 200 Yoga Alliance certified instructor. I completed my training back in 2018 at Yoga Habit in Philadelphia. The training was Baptiste power yoga style. I am still very connected to the studio and recently went on a yoga retreat in Cambutal, Panama with a group from my teacher training program.
Although I am not teaching currently, I am deep in my personal practice and find stepping on the mat is one of my dearest passions. I have bee practicing for 10+ years and particularly love teaching slow flows.
I hope my class allows you to slow down, reconnect to your body and let your mind be still. My favorite pose is triangle, it really allows you to take up space on your mat while feeling your side bodies.
