Katie Hill (Speaker) '13
Katie Hill is founder & CEO of UNLISTED (UnlistedHomes.com), an AI-enabled real estate technology company revolutionizing off-market home sales. Under Katie's leadership, UNLISTED was first-to-market with ChatGPT-powered real estate search and is pioneering AI and ML applications in real estate including predictive, compatibility, and image-recognition models. Katie was the 2022 winner of the Polsky Center's Alumni New Venture Challenge (ANVC) and was recently recognized as an AmericanInno Female Founder to Watch. Prior to founding UNLISTED, Katie's experience included database marketing at Leo Burnett, founding VC-backed media company CommuterAds, and supporting startups as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Entrepreneurs' Center. Katie earned her MBA from Chicago Booth in 2013 (XP-82).

Dr. Irina Borovskaya, entrepreneur and tech industry visionary, brings over two decades of leadership in energy and cloud technology to the table. She has honed her expertise across four continents, making a global impact in countries such as the USA, Brazil, Germany, and Russia. At AWS, Dr. Borovskaya spearheads initiatives that drive large energy enterprises toward cloud adoption and cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI. Her insights on 'Using AI in Entrepreneurship' are deeply informed by her rich, diverse career, including her roles as a business coach, startup mentor, and board member.

As a Principal at Palo Santo, Dr. Edny Inui brings her expertise and passion for scientific discovery and technology innovation to funding therapeutic advancements. With over two decades of experience spanning both biotechnology industry operations and neuroscience research, she's dedicated to enabling the development of psychedelic therapies for mental health. Previously, Edny held business development roles at Calico Life Sciences, Caribou Biosciences, and Acadia Pharmaceuticals leading partnering activities and portfolio strategy in aging, neuroscience, oncology, and immunology. Additionally, she was a scientific analyst at Biomedtracker focused on neuroscience and oncology investments.
