PrinciplesYou, created by Ray Dalio, Adam Grant, and Brian Little, is a free online personality assessment designed to provide self-awareness as a tool for growth. Mackenzie Hill, a certified Principles facilitator, utilizes this assessment at NextGen Growth Partners in two ways: First, to help operators identify their strengths and talent gaps. Second, to help teams communicate and operate more effectively. NGP aims to host a one-hour webinar for individuals looking to become more effective leaders. This session will be open to any Booth alum who has already taken the PrinciplesYou assessment.

As Communications and Talent Manager, Mackenzie is a member of the Talent Acquisition team, helping to source, hire, manage, and onboard interns, full time staff, and Entrepreneurs in Residence. Additionally, she manages firm communications including social media, press, and the website. Previously, Mackenzie worked as the Operations Manager at NGP, supporting administrative day-to-day operations.
Just prior to joining NGP, Mackenzie worked in advertising, supporting high level executives in the Design and Experiential departments of Foote, Cone, and Belding. Previously, she has held administrative positions in higher education and parks and recreation.
A Texas native, Mackenzie attended Trinity University in San Antonio, TX, graduating with a B.A. in Communication, with focuses in social media and video production.
