Many business leaders advocate for innovation and creativity, yet live in fear of mistakes, missteps, and disappointments. Nothing noteworthy is achieved while playing it safe.

As a leader or professional, if you are not making mistakes, you are not trying hard enough. Learning from mistakes is a powerful technique for improving in just about any endeavor – Brian Mitchell Former NFL Player.

Are you limiting your growth and impact by avoiding the possibility of failure? Is there a right way to fail? Are there techniques that allow one to embrace the necessary connection between small failures and big successes?
