His speech will be focused on how a new business model can disrupt the world and change how existing industries work. He will go through the thought process of creating this startup, why its business model is so disruptive, and how this can change the world going forward.

Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Chicago

MBA in general management from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University

Ph.D. in strategic management from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University

Johnson started his career at Harvard Law School as a research assistant. Following that, he joined Fidelity Investments in Taiwan as a research analyst. After his MBA, he joined McKinsey & Company, where he was last an associate principal in the Taipei office. He was a leader in the cleantech and sustainability practice in McKinsey.

He later went on to work for the World Economic Forum in Geneva, where he led the Circular Economy initiative, working with top stakeholders in the world leading up to the climate summit in Paris 2015. He then led Riot Games in China, Southeast Asia, and Japan for the next years, bringing the golden years of League of Legends Esports to China, successfully making League of Legends Esports China's largest sport.

He now follows his passion and started ROEHL, an environmental lifestyle as a service company, focusing on the home appliances as a rental service.
