Julie Holzrichter (Speaker)
Chief Operating Officer, CME Group
Julie Holzrichter has served as Chief Operating Officer at CME Group since 2014. She is responsible for leading CME Group's Market Operations including the Global Command Center, which is the first point of contact for customers using CME Group's Globex electronic production systems. She also leads CME Group's Trading Floor Operations, Global Market Solutions and Services, Data Centers and Critical Infrastructure, Global Security, and Business Continuity and Crisis Management functions. Over the course of her more than 25 years with the company, Holzrichter has held a variety of positions with increasing levels of responsibility including Senior Managing Director, Global Operations and Managing Director, CME Globex Services and Technology Integration.
Julie Winkler (Speaker)
Chief Commercial Officer, CME Group
As chief commercial officer at CME Group, Julie Winkler leads sales, product marketing, research and product development, data analytics and digitization functions. Winkler was instrumental in developing CME Group's bitcoin futures contract, which launched in December 2017. She also has worked with her global team on a new client acquisition drive. In 2014 Winkler launched an innovation lab at CME Group to incubate new ideas. She served in a product development leadership role through the transitions of two major mergers—with the Chicago Board of Trade in 2007 and the New York Mercantile Exchange in 2008. Winkler served as the first adviser to CME Group's Women's Initiative Network, which evolved to a large networking group from its start six years ago as a small affinity startup.
