As Vice President of Corporate Innovation, Carol Miller's role is to inspire and define a centralized innovation strategy for American Greetings. She leads a team of business and creative disciplines that collaborate with the Company's business units to develop and activate their innovation focus, and increase the volume of new products launched. 

Carol joined American Greetings in 1999 as Director of Online Marketing for AG Interactive. She also served as Director of Sales Strategy for the online division before moving to American Greetings Inbound Licensing department as Director of Business Development. After three years in that role, she accepted a position as Director of Business Invention. In 2008 she became Executive Director of New Product Concepts and managed a team responsible for developing and launching new-to-the-world greeting card products into retail.

Prior to coming American Greetings, Carol worked in New York in sports marketing, handling corporate sponsorships for the Women's Sports Foundation. She graduated from Walsh University in Canton, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Pre Law. She went on to earn her law degree from the Cleveland-Marshall School of Law and is licensed to practice in Ohio.

Carol is a member of the Foresight Council, a roundtable forum for executives who lead future studies, scenario planning and long term research within the strategy or innovation function. She also belongs to Innovation Leader, a community of corporate innovation executives. Carol currently serves on the board of directors for Walsh University, the advisory board for the university's DeVille School of Business, and the marketing committee of the board of directors at Magnificat High School. She serves on the Diversity and Inclusion Executive Board and African American Resource Network at American Greetings as well. Carol is married to Scott Levey and lives in Twinsburg, Ohio. The couple has four children: Jonathan, Jordon, Colton and Chase.
