Clinical psychologist discusses how leadership defined by personality in context directs basic types of interpersonal relationships for better team dynamics and productive firms
Event Details
An entrepreneur's role may naturally result in a focus on the individual characteristics of leadership. It can then be a short step to the "cult of the CEO" and the firm belief that a successful executive can manage anything. While personal skills and expertise have real importance, their application within a particular context can define success. It's not only who you are, but when and where you are that makes the difference.
This month will feature a clinical psychologist specializing in organizational development/leadership design who will explain how the alignment of personality and context enables continuous and sustainable productivity. He will show how teams comprised of complementary personality types when engaged in effective relationships best position their organizations for continuous development and growth.
