We pick a different topic every year and invite a panel or a speaker to discuss the topic. This year's topic is Women In Tech - Transition to Tech and Navigating Your Career through Promotions, Relocation and Family Dynamics.
We have a panel of Booth alum in various stages of their career. Come and listen to their stories, discuss yours and ask questions in a relaxed environment. The panelists have a wealth of experience and are excited to share their career journey with you. Annette Harris, '09, is a Financial Services Executive with broad experience in various aspects of marketing, product development, customer experience, portfolio management, as well as information technology. She recently joined Microsoft as the Director of Worldwide Banking and Capital Markets Cloud at Microsoft after working in Banking and Capital Markets at PWC and spending 15 years at Discover Financial Services in various roles. She also spent the early part of her career at Accenture in the early forays of the internet.

In her current role, she is tasked with helping customers build sustainable, high growth solutions for their business through digital transformation and new cloud services. Before Microsoft, Melissa held several diverse positions within the Industry, and brings the perspective of sales, consulting, digital transformation and customer-enabled experiences through the internet of things.

Jennifer Ceran, '89, is currently the CFO of Smartsheet, a cloud-based collaborative work management platform. Jennifer oversees the Finance, IT and Legal functions, to enable Smartsheet to scale and meet growing customer demand. Prior to Smartsheet, Jennifer held Finance-related roles at eBay, Box and Quotient and has lived in multiple cities in the US and abroad.

Ann Reardon, '09, is Director, Organization and Talent Solutions for Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) and Enterprise Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations and Program Management. Ann provides expertise on and co-leads the development of strategic talent solutions. She provides a framework for identifying, selecting, managing and developing future leaders and actively influences the executive selection process and decisions. Prior to this role, she was the Senior Manager of Health Care Policy and Strategy where she developed the policy and strategy for Boeing's health, life and disability plans by identifying new opportunities and maintaining a multi-year pipeline of strategic initiatives aimed at mitigating risk, reducing spend, enhancing value and increasing productivity. Before joining Boeing, she worked for several large Human Resource Consulting firms advising Fortune 500 clients on their benefit and risk mitigation strategies.
