We will open the opportunity for those who want to share their personal or professional affiliations as well. At the event, we will have a stand/ board to expose brochures, posters, business cards, photos, clippings or other material for this purpose. At the close of the evening, each of these items may be taken back. Last but not least, the single most important component of this party is YOU. Come to re-connect. Paulo Veras (Speaker)

Paulo Veras has been the Managing Director of Endeavor Brazil, a non profit that promotes development by supporting high-impact entrepreneurs, since early 2005. Before that, as a consultant at Gradus, he developed several projects in strategy and cost reduction. Paulo was a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Tesla, a pioneer Internet Professional Services company in Brazil. He developed some of the first e-business projects in the country and led the sale of 30% of the equity to JP Morgan. He was also a founder of GuiaSP, one of the first online city guides businesses in the world. In 2000, he sold GuiaSP to a Nasdaq listed company. In the beginning of his career, he worked as a systems automation engineer at Asea Brown Boveri. Paulo received a mechanical engineering degree from Escola Politécnica - USP and an MBA from INSEAD.

Mark Barcinski is the CEO of ProPay Brasil, the largest Brazilian company dedicated to Payroll Processing and Benefits Administration. Mark was one of the founders of ProPay in 1999, when the company started its operations. Before ProPay, Mark worked for 3 years at General Atlantic LLC - an international company of private equity with over US$ 8 billion invested - and for 3 years at McKinsey & Company. Mark is Brazilian, 37 years old, received an Economics degree from PUC in Rio de Janeiro (1993) and has an MBA from the Graduate School of Business of The University of Chicago (1997). In 2001, Mark was selected an Endeavor Entrepreneur.
